Return Policy
I am committed to providing you with the highest quality artwork and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I offer a hassle-free return policy:
Return Period: You may return the artwork within 30 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns: The artwork must be in its original condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@kelseyps.com. I will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.
Refund Method: Once I have received the artwork in its original condition, I will refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Method: Please package the artwork securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Shipping
I package all originals and prints by hand with very meticulous attention to detail and care. I want to esure your art arrives safely and beautifully. The packaging is thoughtful and intentional because each single order is very important to me. Please allow 7 business days for packaging and shipping of original pieces. You will receive a notification once your art has shipped with tracking information. Prints usually ship within 1-2 business days. The price of shipping depends on size and location. Any orders over $50 ships for free. If any art arrives damaged please email me immediately at hello@kelseyps.com with photos and I will do my best to replace your art as soon as possible.
